& You Don’t Stop

Consider it a first chapter, the first step into some of the hip hop and rap I’ve been into over the years. This list is a mix of old favourites; new artists, and hopefully a few B-sides that you’ve never before heard.

She barely scratches the surface – shit, it’s shy of tracks from a few of the greatest; the likes of Jay-Z, The Roots, A Tribe Called Quest, Run DMC, Biggie, Tupac, or Wu-Tang to name a few. Snoop only gets a feature. It’s shy of those lovely high school jams from T.I. and 50 Cent. Shy of tracks from the Aussies like Hilltop Hoods or Bliss n Eso. We’ll get there – fire this up, get rappin’, and stay tuned for round 2.
