The Queen’s Finest

The amount of culture – fashion, film, literature, music, whatever – to come out of England is immense. It’s true of all of Europe (and the world), really, and perhaps one day I’ll attempt to dig into the musical landscapes of other great nations; for now however, we look to the Brits.

We look to Her Majesty. We (take a very, very brief) look into The Queen’s Finest when it comes to Rock ‘n’ Roll.

From the greats of The Rolling Stones and The Beatles, to today’s Oh Wonder and Catfish and the Bottlemen, Part 1 is a look at some of the tunes that have come cross-Atlantic to help us dance, sing, rebel, cry, fall in love, and feel oh so many other emotions.
